Hi, my name is Nicola. I am based in Manchester and joined Snowfall in August 2021. I've worked within IT recruitment, both agency and internal for the last 10 years and have now joined Snowfall's People team as a Talent Acquisition Partner. My role here, is to attract and source people to come and join us. I enjoy seeing the people I recruit grow and develop through the company and get to speak to lots of different people everyday, as well as getting involved in some pretty cool projects. 

What attracted me to working for Snowfall was how they are a forward-thinking, high-growth, product-led international company with ambitious growth plans. Snowfall is a people first company with an amazing culture, everyone is part of the bigger plan and it's an exciting and fun place to work. Even though everyone is dispersed in locations worldwide, there is still a family feel and they embrace a truly inclusive culture.
