Snowfall is looking for an ambitious People Administrator in Manchester. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with exceptional organisation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Managing HRIS (Personio) and other crucial systems and tools.
• Handling tasks such as preparing, sharing, and collecting signed contracts and diverse documents.
• Maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring data precision and compliance with regulations.
• Running the onboarding process, including communication with new joiners, their managers, and onboarding buddies to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Coordinating payroll in coordination with global and internal partners.
• Maintaining the company's Notion site, and collaborating with teams to generate weekly content.
• Collaborating in arranging biweekly company-wide calls.
• Supporting the People team in various projects.
• Participating in planning and executing employee engagement endeavours, team-building activities, and company events.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail (can you spot a hyphen vs an endash on a text?)

• Ability to approach tasks methodically

• A sense of ownership, result-oriented drive, and adaptability

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

• Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS systems with the ability to pick up new tools quickly

• Knowledge of HR best practices

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

• Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, startup environment; an interest in technology

• Ability to adapt to evolving priorities
