The Product Manager will support the Product Lead and the wider Snowfall product team by defining, benchmarking, collaborating on, clarifying and delivering features for our groundbreaking platform, Junction.

Junction is a B2B multimodal travel ecosystem, connecting travellers with a vast network of providers, resellers and partners with a single API.

The role is very much intertwined between innovation; to build something great – commercial; to make it viable – and tech; to implement and deploy. We’re looking for people who can think outside the box, with a solutions-driven mindset who can see ideas through from concept to execution.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement product strategies in accordance with Snowfall’s overarching vision, market trends and new emerging technologies

• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, QA and the wider business to deliver excellence within defined timelines

• Develop and manage the Junction API - onboard new providers, integrating customer and vendor APIs

• Translate concepts into a well defined, deliverable scope; engage, influence, and inspire teams and stakeholders to drive collaboration, alignment and create understanding

• Maintain a high standard of product performance; define, improve and enhance both features and operational effectiveness

• Drive innovation; propose out-of-the box ideas and solutions, defining these from a value, functional and high-level technical perspective

What we're looking for:

• Above all, mindset and drive - willingness to challenge, to deliver tangible results and desire to ‘push the envelope’

• Experience managing, maintaining and optimising API products

• Established background in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams

• High degree of proficiency in prototyping and iterative development

• The ability to connect the dots, concept creation with a strong believe that everything is possible

• Individual initiative, personal accountability, understanding of software development but not stuck to a certain methodology

• Proficient in Svelte framework for efficient web application development

• Expertise in JSON for seamless data interchange in API design

• Solid understanding of RESTful API principles for scalable and maintainable APIs

• Familiarity with API security and authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT, API keys)
