I am Spencer Dando, born in Fiji with a British father and Omani mother and grew up in Botswana and Zimbabwe. I have been located in Dubai since 14+ years and it’s a great place for me as it is so international. 

I started my journey with Snowfall in February 2021 where I headed up the Commercial section looking after our Solutions sales. I joined Snowfall because I am happy to work hard and to have fun whilst doing it. It’s an established company with good energy and talented colleagues.
